As most Beatles fans and admirers of George Harrison probably
know, George was working on this album until two months
before his untimely death in November of last year.

George intended the 11 songs to sound "raw, kind of like demos",
but the producer of the album, Jeff Lynne, while trying to be true
to George's wishes, felt that the songs deserved somewhat more
than that to do them justice. The result of his efforts is an album
George Harrison would be truly proud of.

It seems a fitting tribute to George to release his last labor
of love in time for the anniversary of his passing.
